Terms and Conditions
Permanent Padel Courts
1. Excluded Costs: The cost of earthworks, building plans, structural engineer fees, fire brigade compliance, and any other municipal requirements are not included in our price.
2. Title Deed Restrictions: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the title deed of the erf does not contain any clauses that prohibit the construction and/or use of a padel court structure.
3. Occupation Certificate: A valid Occupation Certificate is required prior to using the padel court. This certificate is issued by the local municipality after approved plans and construction completion.
4. Project Timeline: We estimate the project to be completed within 12-15 weeks from the date of deposit receipt. Please note that unforeseen circumstances or delays may alter this timeline.
Mobile/Temporary Padel Courts
1. Temporary Permit: A temporary permit must be obtained from the Fire Department prior to installation.
2. Glass Certificate: A Glass Certificate is required to ensure compliance with specifications suited for padel court use.
3. Structural Engineer: A structural engineer must be involved to sign off the structure or provide a rational design certificate.
General Terms
1. Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to ensure compliance with all local regulations and requirements.
2. Payment Terms: To be advised
